Over the past ten years I have purchased two Toyota Camrys from Washington Auto Mall and I have always used their service department. My experience has always been excellent. The sales people were knowledgable and easy to deal with, and handled the transaction well. The service department is well-staffed and everyone of them seem to respond to the job at hand and perform well. Getting to know the people in the service department and seeing them at the same job year after year provides confidence that the management treats them right and that is important to me. - Greenturtle
